Downtime Activities

Knights of The Round Table (Tracked)
Rumors have it, at a certain ancient villa previously forgotten, a group of adventurers who have helped the current Marques held a small party on the round table. There, the Marques, possibly influenced by the nice atmosphere and wine, or fully out of gratitude towards the adventurers, offered to knight them and grant them a tiny tract of land. They do not need to swear any fealty to any noble, but only by taking an oath to help protecting the land and the people. Rumors have it that the vacation villa became the first headquarters.
Available From: Year 1438, 4th Week of Sextilius
Theme
Castle / City Building. Each [Knight] has a [slot] for 3 facilities that can be improved in quality.
Prerequisite to be Knighted:
- Independent Inquisitors.
- Joined the Finale of Mila-ate.
Method
Please poke Sil and your proposal of facilities/farm/building to build, and your preferred proficiency. Then make d10 roll, added with your proficiency bonus, and your preferred ability score modifier. Then you can take weekly revenue from depending on your [Facility Level], and afterwards update the checkpoints; it is not much with taxes or profit-sharing with the villagers, but at least it is your land and business.
Progress
Level 1: 10 checkpoints
Level 2: 20 checkpoints
Level 3: 40 checkpoints
Level 4: 80 checkpoints
Weekly Revenue:
Level 0: 5 silver coins
Level 1: 10 silver coins
Level 2: 20 silver coins
Level 3: 30 silver coins
Level 4: 50 silver coins
Note: due to local taxes on monopoly prevention and fair trade policy, a weekly maximum of 100 silver coins from all your ventures is permitted; the excess is considered gone for taxes, or to CSR activities.
Downtime Activities (Passive Untracked)
Utilizing either your connection with the locals of Mila-ate, your newly established contacts, or special privilege from the Marques herself, you managed to have special rights to help with local productions. Unfortunately, the Marche itself seems to be low in funds, so they cannot pay you with anything else but the materials.
Available From: Year 1438, 4th Week of Sextilius
Weekly Revenue:
7gp worth of materials (cannot be sold, for Crafting only).
+3gp worth of materials if you are proficient with relevant tools (example: Smithy materials if you are proficient with Smithy tools)
Downtime Activities (Passive Untracked)
You eventually heard of job opportunities in the Marche. These job (some are legal, some are not) should provide you some decent meals and roof, while also adding some extra coins. Regardless of your motivations, you can perform the downtime activities while also collecting rumors of the Marche.
Available from: Year 1438, 4th week of Sextilius
Duration: 1 week increment.
Revenue: 35 silver pieces per week, 50 silver pieces if you have relevant Expertise (or similar ability), 14 silver pieces if you only have Jack of All Trades.
Available Jobs (and prerequisite of proficiencies)
1. Northern Borders Strike Team (proficient with all martial weapons, proficiency in perception, proficiency in survival, or understand Orcish)
2. River Patrol Group (proficient with perception, or proficiency in vehicle)
3. River Smuggler Gang (proficient in stealth, proficient in deception, or proficiency in water vehicle)
4. City Rat (proficiency in thieves’s tools or stealth)
5. City Watch (proficiency in perception or insight)
6. City Pleasure District (proficiency in performance or deception)
"Ayy, welcome traveler. What brought you here, eh? Well whatever you wanted, enjoy your stay. The rain in this place is terrible, and gale is quite common, from the north, I tell you, the frigid north. Say, you have silver to spare for this old folk? I can have a good ale and some bread, ye know? Trade with some hot topics in this march, heh."
